About the Job

A brand-new opportunity to join this expanding team, we are on the lookout for a skilled Business Administration Assistant. This pivotal role is designed for someone with a knack for multitasking and a passion for delivering exceptional quality service to a diverse group of customers, internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the Business & Sales process, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Reporting to the Business Continuity Manager
  • Permanent Part-Time Position (in the region of 20 hours per week)
  • Hybrid Field/Head Office (Birmingham)/Home Office working.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Ability to use SAP, CRM, MS Office/365,  Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Proficiency with SAP
  • Effective Communicator
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Customer-Focused
  • Organised
  • Team Player
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in business administration.
