Your role
- Master the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build Relationships: Engage with senior stakeholders across large organizations
- Drive Revenue Growth: Turn your expertise into high-impact enterprise wins that fuel growth
- Shape Sales Strategy: Contribute strategically to the development of our sales approach
- Ensure Long-Term Success: Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partnerships
Qualifications
- 4+ years of success in SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets
- Experience in complex, consultative sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC)
- Independent, strategic mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills in German & English
