Your future tasks
- Cloud Solutions: Business, Technology & Organization Advisory in the field of cloud projects with a focus on Cloud Awareness, Cloud Readiness and Cloud Strategy.
- Team Leadership & Product Development: Overseeing teams to develop products, capabilities, and offerings while nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Leadership in Pitches: Playing a pivotal role in addressing technical, organizational, and business challenges during pitches, contributing strategic insights and solutions.
- Client Engagement and Solutions: Actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to align with their objectives, thereby fostering strong client relationships.
- Global Strategy and Expertise: Leveraging extensive global experience to navigate diverse landscapes, contributing to project success and growth on both local and international scales.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Driving innovation within the team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Project Oversight and Quality: Overseeing projects from start to completion ensuring alignment with goals, adherence to timelines, and maintenance of quality.
Your qualifications
- Specialised university degree in the field of business and/or IT, or equivalent training with university-equivalent additional training in conjunction with an extended subject-specific additional qualification
- In-depth knowledge and experience in (Generative) AI technologies and their applications
- Proven experience in providing strategic advice to top-level management and ability to identify industry trends and translate them into value propositions.
- Strong support in presales processes, including proposal development and solutioning.
- Strong collaborative skills for effectively working with and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in overseeing projects from start to completion, ensuring alignment with goals, adherence to timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills to address technical, organizational, and business challenges.
