Key job responsibilities
- You represent our agency! As key contact, you advise and actively support our customers as well as recommend suitable media solutions
- While managing the strategic and operational planning of our cross-media campaigns, you always have an eye on the budget and timing. You report directly to the first management level and are responsible for medium and large budgets
- You coordinate the campaigns across the different internal departments - from strategic concept development, through the planning and implementation phase, campaign execution, reporting and billing - you have an overview of the complete process and are the face to the customer
- You offer proactive solutions to clients to assure that the most efficient proposal and highest level of customer service is achieved
What we are looking for
- Experience in marketing and project management - ideally from the agency side and with customer relations experience
- Solid knowledge of online marketing - additional media is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint as well as AdWords and other digital media. Basic understanding of technical integrations is a plus
- Deliver excellent customer service and advice to our clients
- Excellent written and vocal communication. Business fluent in Italian, Polish or Dutch/Flemish, as well as Englisch or German - additional languages are a plus
- Highly analytical and possess excellent time management skills
