Position Summary:
RRC Power Solutions is seeking a dedicated Account Manager / Admin Support to work from our USA head office in Irvine, CA. This hybrid role involves working 2-3 days per week in the office, supporting both our Sales and Operations departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks aimed at driving efficiency and supporting our business goals.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales:
  • Assist with customer inquiries and manage incoming communications via email, web, and phone.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate the distribution and follow-up of tradeshow leads.
  • Support the Sales team with monthly forecasting and database management.
  • Participate in coordinating trade show logistics, including booth setup and sample management.
  • Act as a backup for Sales staff during vacations.
Operations:
  • Organize and track deliveries from factories to customers and distributors.
  • Manage the entire ordering process for customers and distributors, from PO receipt to shipment.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to distributors and management.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process.
  • Manage and update request for quotations (RFQs) during weekly team meetings.
  • Act as a backup for Operations staff during vacations.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) or diploma with over 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word Processing Software, Email, Spreadsheets, and Order Processing Systems.
  • Experienced in using Contact Management Systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to manage bookkeeping tasks.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical concepts such as voltage, current, wattage, and battery capacity.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues using analytical skills and practical knowledge.
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to continuous learning and skills development.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to attend possible staff meetings at the head office in Europe.
