The Technical Account Manager acts as a trusted partner for our clients, combining technical expertise and clear communication to deliver tailored solutions, ensure satisfaction, and drive long-term success.

Your tasks

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders to align Greentube products with business goals
  • Develop and executes tailored service delivery plans that ensure effective product adoption and value creation
  • Coordinate the full support lifecycle, managing escalations and ensuring SLA compliance in collaboration with internal teams
  • Advocate for product and process improvements by gathering and sharing customer feedback across departments
  • Deliver training sessions and technical guidance to help customers maximize product performance
  • Use data analytics to identify insights, track performance, and recommend improvements that drive customer success

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in Technical Account Management, software support, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business levels
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with organizational and project management strengths
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman, or monitoring tools like Kibana
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, able to balance customer advocacy with business priorities
