Your Tasks
- Planning, execution and evaluation of ligand binding assays (with focus on SPR and BLI measurements) for profiling of drug candidates or their building blocks in terms of binding strength, ligand competition, epitope bin and stability
- Setup and optimization of bioanalytical assays for platform and project specific requirements on various other platforms like ELISA, Luminex® and Gyrolab®
- Hands-on lab work and technical supervision of 2-4 team members, option to lead a team
- Coordination of assays with project managers and team members
- Data presentation and assay transfer to collaboration partners and Third-Party providers
- Preparation and review of scientific reports
Our Requirements
- PhD or equivalent degree in biological sciences or related scientific area, or M.Sc. in biological sciences or a related discipline with minimum of 5 years of industry-relevant experiences
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in the setup, execution and evaluation of protein interactions by SPR or BLI techniques is a must
- Experience with other techniques like Luminex® or Gyrolab® and with automated liquid handling procedures is a plus
- Proven team player with the ability to successfully manage multiple technical projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Taking ownership of projects and tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
