Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3-10 international helpdesk agents
  • Tier 2 and 3 support for Amann Girrbach products
  • Develop and run helpdesk training methodology and knowledge tranfer and implement into organization
  • Responsible for building up tier 1 and 2 helpdesks in our international HUBs

Job requirements

  • Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering
  • Leadership experience required for more than 5 years
  • Digital Dental prosthetics background
  • Technical service experience in dental machinery
  • Ability to drive complex projects with multi-functional teams
  • Very good communication skills in English, Spanish, Portuguese and basic German
  • Excellent MS-Office skills as well as Exocad Software support knowledge 
  • Analytical skills, a high degree of assertiveness and a hand-on mentality
  • Independent working style and a high sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills
