About the role

As Global HR Systems Administrator (m/f/d) you will be part of our Corporate Human Resources Team and act as a facilitator for digitalization by supporting our Global HR Community. The position is located at our Headquarter in Munich but with lots of work from home flexibility. Due to our dynamic growth and the rising demand for digitalization in Human Resources we are looking for you to join our Global HR Systems Team.

What you will do

  • As a member of our team, you are in constant exchange with our Global HR Community as well as with our employees and managers in order to technically support them in their requests
  • You are responsible for system configurations and maintenance to ensure a smooth operation of our systems (e.g. rexx systems)
  • You are also responsible for communicating changes, updates and current troubleshoot cases to various target groups, using our channels accordingly (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)
  • You ensure that everyone is on track through training materials such as videos and guidelines
  • You accompany the implementation of new features and systems from testing to go-live
  • You collect change requests and manage their prioritization and implementation together with your team
  • You develop into a technical expert for defined system functionalities

What you bring

  • You have successfully completed your apprenticeship or studies in the field of IT/digitization or comparable qualification
  • You have already gained insights in the administration of systems trough first work experience or an internship, ideally of HR systems
  • You are a communication talent and enjoy collaborating in an international context
  • You have a hands-on mentality and find pleasure in enabling others to use systems successfully
  • You handle sensitive data with care, a structured way of working and attention to detail characterize you well
  • You and MS-Office are good friends and you feel comfortable using Excel, Word and PowerPoint in your daily work routine, knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI are a plus
  • You have a very good verbal and written knowledge of English, German skills (B2 level) would be beneficial
