Your Tasks
- Support in financing of our real estate assets and management of existing real estate financings
- Selection of suitable financing partners and presentation of the financing project
- Analysis and selection of financing offers and preparation of decision templates for the management
- Engagement with banks and other stakeholders in the company (e.g. asset management, controlling, legal)
- Preparation of internal and external reportings, continuous monitoring of loan covenants
Your Profile
- Experience in financing or in the Real Estate field
- University degree within a relevant area (finance, economics, business administration, etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills round off your profile
