Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitesti, with an expected workforce of around 150 people.
We are looking for a talented AI Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and help us building a strong and positive workplace culture.
As an AI Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will design, operate and continuously improve AI powered workflows that accelerate execution across Corporate Marketing. You combine a strong marketing mindset with the ability to configure modern AI tools, implement scalable solutions and translate ideas into operational value. You think creatively, work hands on and bring curiosity for what AI can unlock in content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing and workflow automation.
The role | Your tasks.
- Operational setup and deployment of sales marketing actions
- Implementation of lead nurturing measures for MQLs
- Management of lead follow-ups from exhibitions
- Management of contacts from digital touchpoints
- Set-up and operation of lead sources and touchpoints
- Project management for rollout activities in our BUs / countries
- Implementation of a centre of excellence for AI-driven lead management tools, e.g. LinkedIn
Your experiences and competencies.
- Build or implement AI powered solutions that accelerate content creation, campaign development, data enrichment and workflow automation - independent of specific tools or platforms
- Configure AI tools and integrate them into existing marketing environments to support efficient execution
- Translate marketing needs into scalable AI solutions with a clear understanding of operational impact
- Use structured and unstructured data to improve AI workflows, test performance and drive iterative optimization
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Marketing teams at our Head Quarter and contribute to cross departmental initiatives
- Ensure smooth and reliable operation of AI supported processes with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Act as a creative problem solver who proactively identifies new opportunities for AI driven acceleration
