Medical Documentalist (f/m)

For our department Medicine at the company´s headquarters in Baden-Baden we are seeking to appoint a Medical Documentalist (f/m).


Your tasks:
  • Performing data mining and gathering scientific data on specific new and recurrent topics
  • Creating and disseminating an executive summary of monthly scientific data highlights
  • Support of product teams and specific Medical Affairs &Research functions in analyzing existing data coming from multiple internal and external sources
  • Assisting with the delivery and follow-up of the medical communication portal with a focus on key-word updates and articles selection
  • Assisting with the Publication Strategy and Implementation
  • Coordination and update of the DataVision publishing tool

Your profile:
  • University degree, ideally a Master in science or an equivalent 
  • Experience in advanced search techniques using complex databases,ideally at least 2 years in medical information management
  • Well-developed reading, writing and critical thinking skills
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of most Microsoft tools
  • Essential for this position are (excellent) English language skills and a good command of German
We offer in return a responsible, challenging field of activity, performance-related remuneration and the social benefits of a progressive, expanding company.

The position is a part-time job with 20 hours a week at 5 working days (preferably afternoons) and is initially limited to 2 years. Depending on the suitability of the candidate we intend to continue with a permanent contract.
